Dancing with the Doctors is Black Tie Optional. Guests are encouraged to embrace the occasion with tuxedos or formal suits and floor-length or tea-length gowns. Elegant cocktail attire is also welcome.

Premium guests are welcome to arrive beginning at 4:00PM to check in, explore the silent auction, and enjoy a beverage from the cash bar before the evening’s program begins. The VIP Cocktail Reception, including complimentary beverages, is reserved for VIP ticket holders.

Please have your ticket QR code ready on your phone upon arrival for our registration team to scan. Guests will receive their table number by email prior to the event, so we encourage you to have that information handy as well. Our team will also be available at registration should you need assistance locating your table.

Our silent auction will be open beginning at 4:00PM, and all guests are welcome to browse and bid on available items throughout the evening. Guests wishing to participate are encouraged to have a credit card or check available for payment should they place a winning bid.
